摘要：从少年儿童身心发育规律出发，结合身体素质的测量分析，针对目前再选

材过程中存在的经历主义，指出选拔青少年篮球运发动在身高、身体形态、身体

素质、神经类型等方面应注意的一些问题。并根据篮球运动的构造特点及竞赛的

多变性特点进展分析、论述了选材的重要性，并提出了围绕心理、技术、生活等

方面进展培养和训练的建议。
